This Refund Policy is created to establish the refund policies and conditions for customers of Prince Solar Energy Re-installation & Repair Services LLC ("Company"). This Policy will serve as a guideline in initiating refund requests and processing such requests.
The terms and conditions of this Policy apply to all customers who availed themselves of solar panel reinstallations, roof repairs and home and office remodelling services from the Company.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
Refund - the customer returned because of unsatisfied services and failure to produce the promised and requested specifications.
Change of mind - when a customer changes his or her decision and majorly affects the outcome of the services rendered by the Company.
Project cancellation - when a customer cancels a job because of the non-compliance of a technician towards his or her tasks.
Customers who entered into a service agreement with the Company shall reserve the right to request a refund of any amount, given that reasonable conditions support such request. Non-compliance by a technician to his or her tasks shall also be subject to a refund request.
A refund is only applicable when Company technicians fail to meet the production of services or when the outcomes did not meet the expected specifications. Refund requests must be filed at least three (3) business days after completing the services. The Company will automatically reject any request made later than seven (45) business days.
The Company will refund the customer based on the completed services. If Company technicians fail to perform the agreed services, the Company will return one hundred percent (100%) of the customer's amount expended. On the other hand, if Company technicians did not complete the services, the Company will refund twenty-five percent (25%) of the customer's overall expenses for the services.
Suppose customers change their minds in acquiring the services from the Company because of valid reasons. In that case, they must forward a written refund request within seven (7) business days before the service agreement’s effective date.
All refund transactions will be made through bank transfers. Refunds may take some time to process, but it shall not take longer than fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval. For late refunds, clients are encouraged to contact the Company via email at info@princesolarrepairs.com.
We may update Our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Refund Policy.
You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
